  • What are the shipping options?
    At this moment in time we offer Royal Mail 1st Class Postage as standard which has an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days. Under the current climate please be prepared for this to take slightly longer, however, if there is an issue with delivery please contact us via the contact form.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective or damaged product please return the item to us and we will issue a full refund. To arrange this, please complete our Refund form and explain how the product is damaged and we will be in touch with you to arrange postage. Please note - we will not be able to refund any products that have been damaged as a result of mishandling or breakage after you have received the item.
